What do I get with the OnLive Game System?

The OnLive Game System includes:

OnLive Game System Minimum Requirements

  • Wired broadband connection near your television (3 Mbps minimum, 5+ Mbps recommended); As a general rule, we recommend 5 Mbps for TVs 40 inches and larger and 4 Mbps for 30-40 inch TVs.
  • HDTV with video format of 1080p, 720p or 1080i and HDMI Input
  • DHCP-enabled router

I don't have a wired broadband connection near my TV. What are my options?

If an Internet connection is not readily available, you might consider these options for Internet Access via Network Bridges.

What kind of TV do I need?

For best results, we recommend connecting the MicroConsole to an HDTV with the included HDMI cable (or through an HDMI-compatible audio receiver to your TV). Your HDTV must have a video format of 1080p, 720p or 1080i and HDMI Input.

If your TV does not have an HDMI input, you may be able to use your existing TV, if it meets the requirements for TVs with Component Video Input (check your TV specifications carefully!).
